Therapy is a personalized journey that helps you through the most difficult barriers that you face. We work with you to identify how you are affected and make a plan to work through it.
Getting help is as easy as 1-2-3!
- Schedule initial consultation online. (This is your opportunity to ask questions and interview me to see if I am a good fit for your needs)
- Initial session will include an assessment & treatment planning. (I will be asking questions to help put together a strategy to achieve your goals)
- Let the journey begin! (We'll start working toward the goals identified in the first couple sessions)
You have the option to have sessions in the office or via a secure and easy-to-use telehealth platform (similar to Zoom or Skype). Either way, all onboarding paperwork will be emailed to be completed online. For video sessions, you will receive a link to join the session 15 minutes prior to the session start time. *Note: Not all therapists at this practice offer in person sessions. This will be discussed prior to scheduling if so.
